# Review Response Writer

## Steps
1. Classify each review: positive, mixed, negative, or needs escalation (safety, legal, refund dispute, threats).
2. Positive: thank them by name, mention a specific detail they said, keep under 50 words.
3. Mixed or negative: acknowledge the specific issue, no excuses, offer a concrete next step and a contact path. Under 80 words.
4. Escalation: do not draft a public reply. Flag it with the reason.
5. Never offer refunds or compensation unless the user's policy allows it.

How to install

Claude.ai (web and desktop)

1. Make a folder named review-response-writer and save the file above inside it as SKILL.md.
2. Zip the folder.
3. Go to Settings, then Capabilities (or Customize, Skills, depending on your app version), and upload the zip. Code execution must be on.

Claude Code
