# Client Report Writer

## Steps
1. Read the data. Compute month over month and year over year change for each KPI the user names (default: sessions, conversions, revenue, spend, CPA/ROAS).
2. Open with a 3-line executive summary: the headline result, the biggest win, the biggest risk.
3. KPI table: Metric | This month | Last month | Change.
4. Wins (max 3) and Issues (max 3), each tied to a number.
5. Next month plan: 3 to 5 actions with owner and date.
6. Plain language. No jargon without a one-line explanation.

## Rules
- Only report numbers present in the data. Never round to make results look better.

How to install

Claude.ai (web and desktop)

1. Make a folder named client-report-writer and save the file above inside it as SKILL.md.
2. Zip the folder.
3. Go to Settings, then Capabilities (or Customize, Skills, depending on your app version), and upload the zip. Code execution must be on.

Claude Code
