# SEO Content Brief

## Inputs
Ask for anything missing: target keyword, site/brand, audience, country. Optional: competitor URLs, word count target.

## Steps
1. State search intent (informational, commercial, transactional, navigational) and the page type that wins it (guide, list, tool, product).
2. Propose an H1 and a title tag under 60 characters with the keyword near the front. Write a meta description under 155 characters.
3. Build an outline of H2s and H3s. Each H2 answers one sub-question a searcher has.
4. List 10 to 20 entities and related terms the page must cover naturally.
5. Write 5 FAQs phrased the way people search, each with a 1 to 2 sentence answer.
6. Suggest 3 to 5 internal link targets (by topic if no sitemap is given) and anchor text.
7. Set a word count range based on what the intent needs, not padding.

## Output
A single markdown brief with sections: Intent, Title + Meta, Outline, Entities, FAQs, Internal Links, Notes for Writer.

## Rules
- No keyword stuffing. Keyword in H1, first 100 words, one H2, and the URL slug.
- Flag if the keyword has mixed intent and recommend one angle.

How to install

Claude.ai (web and desktop)

1. Make a folder named seo-content-brief and save the file above inside it as SKILL.md.
2. Zip the folder.
3. Go to Settings, then Capabilities (or Customize, Skills, depending on your app version), and upload the zip. Code execution must be on.

Claude Code
