# Meeting Notes to Actions

## Steps
1. Extract decisions made (with who decided).
2. Extract action items: task, owner, due date. If missing, mark [OWNER?] or [DATE?].
3. Extract open questions and risks.
4. Write a recap email under 150 words: thanks, decisions, actions table, next meeting.

## Output
Sections: Decisions, Action Items (table), Open Questions, Recap Email.

## Rules
- Do not assign owners who were not named. Quote exact numbers and dates from the notes.

How to install

Claude.ai (web and desktop)

1. Make a folder named meeting-notes-to-actions and save the file above inside it as SKILL.md.
2. Zip the folder.
3. Go to Settings, then Capabilities (or Customize, Skills, depending on your app version), and upload the zip. Code execution must be on.

Claude Code

Claude API
